In the eighteenth century, Terra family – father, mother and children – live in a wilderness of gaucho. Their everyday and hard, painful: strip sustenance harvesting, calculates the passage of time observing nature, facing threats of looting and pillaging. One day one of the daughters, teen Ana, finds, on the edge of a stream, a wounded indian. And the enigmatic Pedro Missioneiro, indian mestizo, brave, and owner of a sophisticated culture of letters, stories and musical arts.
